As a Senior Consultant he worked with a diverse range of organizations including, education, energy, entertainment, government, hospitals, manufacturing, public venues, transport, and others. In this work, he wrote crisis and emergency management plans for organizations with more than ten thousand staff. He developed exercise scenarios that included responding to a cyber-attack, natural disaster, building collapse, active shooter, and even an escaped dangerous animal from a zoo.
